3rd Annual 1940’s WWII Era Ball In collaboration with Airport Day at the Boulder Airport Sat. June 18th, 2011 Boulder Airport (Blue Hanger) Join us Fathers Day weekend for a 1940’s USO style show with Bob Hope, Frank Sinatra & The Andrews Sisters (Reveille3)! Step into Hollywood’s TBM Avenger! Enjoy a night of dancing with WWII planes/flybys, military vehicles, re-enactors and The Hot Tomatoes, a 9 piece 40’s big band under the nose of a WWII Bomber. Also with A WWII parachute jump and re-enactment, Boulder Swing Dance, swing dancing lessons and aerialists. Wine, champagne, beer and cocktail bar. Food available for purchase. Plane rides available. This event is a National fly in! ATTIRE: 1940‘s WWII era attire, party dresses and/or uniforms if possible. A portion of the proceeds from the 1940’s WWII Era Ball will support The Wounded Warriors Project and The Spirit of Flight Center. General Admission Seniors over 65 receive $5 discount with ID. Dinner food and appetizers will be available for purchase all
