Mary Lindsey of “A Dancing Affair” and Bill Bevington of “Ballroom Plus” are hosting a “Dancer Appreciation Picnic & Dance” on Monday, September 1st at Squires Park conveniently located in Westminster at 99th and Lowell.

This event is a “potluck” affair so bring your favorite dish and beverage. This fun-filled afternoon event kicks-off at 4pm and runs until 8pm.

A DJ and a covered concrete dance area will be provided so we can take a break from stuffing our faces and work off the food we just ate with lots of dancing. So, bring your favorite dance CD and an appetite.

Make sure to dress casual and bring your family!!

What will be provided: Plastic utensils, cups, plates, charcoal briquettes, and ice will be provided.

What to bring: If your last name begins with the following letter you are encouraged to bring the item listed:

A through F - Soft Drinks, G through L - Salads, M through R - Main Dish, S through Z - Desserts

You are also encouraged to bring your favorite grill item. (Hot dogs, hamburgers, steaks, whatever)

What not to bring: Please note that due to city ordinances this is an alcohol-free event.
