| Monday Night Golf Social & Scramble Play For Men & Women Beginner Golfers Boomer Social Network Monday evenings 5:30pm Kennedy Golf Course Hampden & Havana Aurora, Colorado For several years Boomer Social Network men and women beginners have played on the par 3 course at Denver's Kennedy Golf Course. We play every Monday! Our group is for adult singles 50+ and especially for women beginners that want to enjoy the social aspect of golf rather than the competitive side. Organized by John Edwards, Editor of The Colorado Golfer, the state golf newspaper for the past 23 years. * No membership fee. * Pay only $15 when you play includes green fee & optional on course instruction * Start at 5:30. Last group goes out at 6:30 * 9 hole par 3 course. Longest hole is 157 yards. Carry 4 clubs. * On course lessons and tips. * Play in a scramble format (Hit from best ball) Play as a team. * After we play we go to the Fresh Fish Company and meet up with our Boomer Social happy hour group. * In bad weather, we go directly to the Fresh Fish Company bar to eat and drink. Experienced golfers help beginners learn on the little course. Instructors John Edwards and Eric Miller play the course with the first timers giving tips along the way.
