Morning Hike
Meet at Great Scott Eatery (NE side of Pecos and I-36--(1551 Cortez St.) at 9 am for breakfast. We then car pool at 10 am for a hike along the South Platte River. The hike is on a paved trail rated easy.
A good starter to get us in shape for the summer hikes. Call Jim of CAC fame 303 469-4767.

February 8- Wednesday - 7 pm
Cabrini Singles Valentine Party/Meeting
Be our Valentine and join us for a fun evening .Location St .Frances Cabrini (6673 W. Chatfield St. X Pierce in Littleton). Bring a book to swap. The Winter is long and it's a great time for reading. Door prizes, contest awards, free pizza and drinks--who could ask for more? Plus it's your chance to meet the new 2012 Board members. We promise no speeches. Please make the effort! No RSVP needed.

February 11 - Saturday - 2 pm
Chocolate Party/Movie
Everyone is asked to bring their favorite bit of chocolate treat (candy, cake, cookies etc.) to share. We will view the acclaimed film "Chocolat" which in 2000 was nominated for 5 Academy Awards. It stars Juliette Binoche, Judi Dench and Johnny Depp. It is a lovely,magical tale of life in a small French village. Who could ask for a better way to enjoy Valentine week-end--chocolate and a good movie?

Bingo
It's time to yell out "bingo" at the Englewood Elks Club -3690 Jason St. (just off Hampden1 block East of Santa Fe). Bingo packages good for the entire night are only $ 6.00. Also homemade dinners are available for under $ 6.00. Remember profits are given to local charities by the Elks. So come on down!!! RSVP Regina 720 381-9535.

Catholic Alumni Club Dine-out
One of our favorite restaurants is the White Fence Farm (6263 West Jewell Av in Lakewood). It's a Colorado treasure known for their fried chicken. Other delicious moderately priced entrees are also available. There are gift shops, farm animals also live Western and bluegrass music. RSVP Roberta 3/698-0879.

Valentine Dance with Mile High Singles
Mile High Singles is hosting a Valentine dance at the Englewood Elks Lodge (3690 S. Jason St.) in Denver. Cost is $15.00 with a full cash bar available. Entertainment by "Complete Music" DJ. The Hall has a very large wood dance floor (great for your legs) and a well-it attached parking lot. Great way to "dance off" the 4-G's breakfast and CAC dinner! more info

Matinee Play/Dinner "Brigadoon"
The Town Hall Arts Center(2450 W. Main St. in Littleton) is celebrating 30 years of repertory excellence. The enchanting Tony award winning musical Brigadoon will be performed.
It is about a small village in the Highlands of Scotland that disappears into the mist and returns one day every hundred years. This is a truly classic play with wonderful music and dancing. Don't miss this production!
