We like to provide social activites of mutual interest for us to gather at. We always are looking for new ideas for activities. One of our big weekends is the Colorado Cooler. We spend a weekend at Rabbit Ears Pass. It is great weekend.
The Timberline Club celebrated its 60th anniversary in 1964. We are
a member of Tall Clubs International, which has 65 member clubs in the
United
States. each Tall Club has a special weekend where all Tall Clubs International
members are invited.
The major event of the year for TCI is convention.
This is held during the week
of 4th
of July. The highlight of the week is the election
of Ms Tall International®. There are plenty of events
to for the enjoyment of the members.
Membership requirements; You must be at least 21 years of age and legally single. Women must measure at least 5’10", men at least 6’ 2". The Timberline Club has a 4 month "Prospective Member" period. Prospective members are asked to attend at least two social functions and one business meeting during the Prospective Membership. After the prospective membership, annual dues are only $48.
